Processing & Delivery Times

  • Once your order is placed, we take 1–3 working days to process it.
    Orders placed during weekdays are usually processed within one business day, while weekend orders (Friday evening or later) may take slightly longer.

  • After processing, your parcel will be dispatched.
    The average delivery time is 8–12 working days, depending on your location and shipping volume.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. External factors such as customs clearance or local courier delays may occasionally affect delivery schedules.

Ordering from PurPawer is simple:

  1. Visit the product page and add your chosen item(s) to your cart.

  2. Review your selections carefully, then click “Proceed to Checkout.”

  3. Enter your correct address and contact details.

  4. Confirm your shipping details, then proceed to secure payment.

All transactions on purpawer.com are processed in a secure SSL-encrypted environment.

Shipping Costs

At PurPawer, we believe in fair and transparent shipping rates.

  • Free shipping is available for all orders from €40 and above.

  • For orders below €40, a small flat-rate shipping fee will apply at checkout.

We want to make our products accessible while keeping shipping costs reasonable and sustainable.
